I knew that the rolls of flab on my stomach would work in my favour one day. I have just managed to wedge a hoola hoop between them and keep it twirling for a minute so that’s another one off the list…only 10 more tasks to go!

Joanne – sounds like the hoola hoop was firmly wedged in and it was you who was whirlng about! likea wild Dervish! either way sounds great exercise. Good luck with your final countdown (I’m sure there’s a song in that). Can you perhaps combine a few at a time I wonder? Let us know what’s outstanding.
Julie, there is a song in that! Two days to go!
Wow, that’s impressive!!!! with my rolls of fat i could do an hour! what’s still left to do?
Karen! 🙂
I’ve got about 10ish more to do and two days left. It’s not looking good!
Do you remember when I won a prize for hula hooping at the Trocadero in Piccadilly? The children were all so embarrassed (no surprise there).
If I remember correctly – you had to hoola hoop on a table top. No wonder they were embarrassed!
